Like most people, I usually cringe at the thought of going to a car dealership...pushy salesmen, hours upon hours of waiting and haggling, etc. Last week I purchased a brand new 2013 Honda Civic from Galpin Honda. I don't usually write online reviews, but after having such a positive, far from typical car buying experience, I decided to write my first one about Galpin Honda. :) I chose this dealership based on the stellar reviews I received from two close friends who have purchased cars from Galpin Honda within the last two years. They referred me to Sunny, who was in Sales at the time but has since moved to the Finance department. I was introduced to Brooklyn and couldn't have asked for a better salesperson! Brooklyn was absolutely amazing...he was friendly, professional and helpful but never pushy! He helped me find a great car that perfectly fits my needs. When it was time to start the finance process, it was Sunny who took over. He explained all of the extra options but never tried to push anything on me. Brooklyn and Sunny made the entire process as quick and hassle free as possible. I will most definitely refer my friends and family to Brooklyn, and my next Honda will be purchased at Galpin! :)
