I purchased my spa at Pacific Spas & Sauna. They are very professional. I had other spa companies give me bids for the same work. They did not have a clue how to do professional installation. The work I had done at my house was extensive. I sunk the spa at ground level which meant I needed a block wall vault built. Drains at the bottom of the vault with drain lines out to the street. Additional drains in back yard and side yard. Concrete and stone work around spa. Concrete work down side yard. 200 amp service replacing 100 amp service to house. I myself am a licensed General Contractor and can appreciate the excellent work they provided for me. It was done in a timely manner as promised. When I once needed warranty work on the replacement of jets, they were right there for me. I purchase all my chemicals there at a discount price because I purchased my spa there.\r
