Very professional they know stucco inside and out. Lupe came out and had me quoted for a stucco repair after quoting me he found 5 more leaks around the windows and the chimney had no flashing. I had 3 estimates done to do the repair Condor, Gonzalez Stucco and RT Condor was to expensive and wanted to patch here and there and leave it sloppy as long as it is protected it is good right? RT had a good pricing but there was not much communication. But Andres and Lupe Where excellent both in being polite respectful and very nice guys they explained everything step to step i had no doubt they where the ones their price was fair knowing they where going to do the job correctly. Everything came out excellent they took their time to do it right after a few days they matched the color and it looked as if it was the original Stucco\r

Always request estimates from real pros and not subcontractors or companies with more than 2 categories i learned my lesson i had my windows done 3 years ago by Colorado Window and Door Company they did a pretty good job with windows communication was not there and asked if they could recommend a stucco company and they said they did that too i asked for a quote and it turned out pretty low so i went ahead and signed the contract the bad was now i have problems with my stucco and the repairs where expensive. windows where rot stucco has cracked all around. The point is there was to many problems and now need fixing to increase my appraisal.
