This company contacted us directly at our home asking if we were interested in new siding, doors, and windows. When my husband said no, they asked if they could call us back in 6 months. Sure, he said. 10 days later he got a phone call asking to set up an in-home meeting. He told them he asked the original salesman to call us in 6 months. We are expecting our first child and it just wasn't good timing. About five days later he got another call from someone wanting to set up an in home meeting, and this time he gave in. They said we would get a quote that was good for a year, plus a 25% discount. Please note they called during dinner each time. Then, the same night, about an hour and a half later we get another phone call from their scheduler confirming all the details, again, that the first caller had confirmed already. When they found out my husband would be the only one home during the meeting, they cancelled the appointment. My husband explained that I work weekends, and during the week we are busy preparing for the arrival of our little one. But for some reason they need both husband and wife at home for a quote. \r

I am so annoyed at their customer recruitment practices that I will never, ever use this company. They bother us during dinner, despite the fact that we asked them to contact us back in 6 months. Then when we give in and take a meeting, they cancel it. I found them to be very pushy and not respectful of me as a potential customer.
