Very impressed with this company. I had a recent mold issue at my home, and we were concerned the ducts might have been contaminated. I had been advised by another 'expert' to pursue a duct lining product to eliminate this concern, and Ductworks had been recommended to me to do the job. A senior staff member then graciously spent 30 minutes discussing the situation with me, during which he convinced me this application was unnecessary in my case. His comment was something along the lines of: "The only person who stands to benefit here is me - since this would be an expensive job - and I don't want to take your money for no reason."
