We were extremely disappointed with Aspenmark. We were not kept informed of the status of the work or when the work would be completed despite many requests to our representative to keep us in the loop. It was frustrating to call the rep to find out when they were going to complete work, only to hear that they had already come out. This happened on several occasions despite asking him to let us know in advance so we could make arrangements for our dog. Additionally, it took several weeks and far too many requests to get a copy of the contract that was signed. These are just a few examples of the issues that we dealt with; however lack of communication is the main reason why I would not recommend the company.
