Chris Passarelli, from the Deerfield Location serviced my home yesterday. He was friendly and fast. Got right in and corrected the problem. I felt comfortable having him in my home and introduced him to a few of my animals. Chris got a kick out of meeting my singing African Grey. I would recommend this company, because they are fast in the scheduling process and professional when they come to your home. They don't haggle the prices and the price was fair. Thank you. :-0
