I just finished my 3rd colonic with Gabrielle. I was so constipated. I hadn't had a normal bowel movement in weeks when I went to see Gabrielle. I was downing laxatives like candy -- exlax, milk of mag, mag citrate -- you name it (sometimes all at once), but I had little success. My mother suggested that I try a colonic. I'd tried a series years ago and enjoyed feeling ""cleaned out."" I purchased a series with the commitment to going once a week. This time, the 1st treatment was miserable. I had some release, but afterwards I was so tired and had a headache. I went to bed and slept the rest of the day. The 2nd colonic was better -- no tiredness or headache -- but there was some bloating after. AND during the colonic I required a double insertion. I am telling you, I was EXTREMELY backed up! The 3rd colonic came with a great release. Through it all, Gabrielle and Rebecca have been wonderful. I learn so much with them, and I feel so respected. They are true teachers; I believe that they have been called to do this work. I know that I have several sessions to go, but at this point my stomach doesn't feel hard and gassy; my belly has flattened out and softened and no longer looks distended; my clothes fit better; I feel more comfortable; I have lost approximately 5 lbs.
