James (3095) came to my house to repair a burst pipe outside. As usual, he was efficient and pleasant as ever. I can honestly say that whenever I used James and Roto Rooter I never feel as if I am being ripped off. I am a repeat customer about 5 times over and will continue to rely on their service. A++++ \r
