I had requested a particular service person because he did an outstanding job the last time we needed our plumbing attended to. He was as professional, personable and courteous as he was the previous time. He checked out what needed to be done, informed me of the situation, we discussed options, and upon my approval proceeded to do the work we agreed upon. He wore shoe covers, which he removed every time he went back outside for supplies from the truck or to check on the sewer in the back of the property. Having a person with fifteen years of experience was definitely an asset. He patiently answered all of my countless questions and spoke to another member of the family by phone two times to answer more questions. I have very little clean up work as he had a huge drop cloth and carried his own bucket (which wasn't the case with a previous plumber who we used before Bishop Plumbing).\r
