Wasn't an option for me, so I rescheduled for the next day / same time. [Okay, stuff happens]\r

Next day, during the two hour window, get a call from a Maryland number explaining a delay but ""you are next in line and we will call when on the way."" [Okay] Over an hour after the window, Maryland calls again to relay ""The plumber may be finished around 45 minutes from now and we will call you."" [CANCELLED]\r

Understand sometimes work is busy and service people get delayed. Two days of ""I know we said around 7pm, but it will be closer to or past 12am"" isn't good business to me.
