This is the only hotel that we prebooked and took advantage of one of the package deals (we spent our final three nights here prior to returning home to Alaskla. We had stayed here a few years ago when still livijg in Calfiornia so knew what to expect. The ""bellhop"" was the owner, Mr Lambert, who brought us up to Room #300 which was right on Bush. The windows were double paned and shut out all street noise. Of couse, it also shut out the noise of the cables running in the street on Powell in addition to the passing cable cars. The morning breakfast was excellent and is brought to the table - no buffet stuff. The restaurant is also very good. As our flight to Anchorage didn't leave until early evening they provided a storage area for luggage.
