Mike was very knowledgeable and solved the issue quickly. He explained what needed to be done and discussed the most economicabe way to go. We had to purchase a new furnace which was installed within 2 days of making our decision to buy one. The installers were quick and knowledgeable. Mike came back out to see that all wires were reconnected and the furnace was in working order. The whole process was done very professionally and without problems. I would recommend AAA.\r
