My daughter went to try very specific gowns and was very pleased with the experience here and ordered her gown. When we arrived at her appointment for the first fitting everything began to unravel. They were not prepared for her appointment, the woman doing alterations appeared to have no idea what the gown should look like and even stated there was nothing she could do to alter the gown to make it fit as designed. My daughter was in tears! We choose not to go forward with this gown and found one elsewhere. I have no issue with purchasing the gown she ordered but I am very unhappy about the $100 charge for the woman's pinning fee for alterations we did not have done. I would recommend using Adore in Morton ONLY if you take the gown elsewhere for alterations. I have also learned the charges here for alterations are well above what other places charge. Beware!! Your bridal experience should only include tears of joy!!
