From the first time I talked to Channon over the phone, I knew I'd be bringing my Sonata and my girlfriend's Accord in for hail damage repair. Channon is incredibly courteous, and you can tell that he cares about the people that come in and their vehicles. He made the repair process very easy, and worked with my insurance company when he discovered some damaged they missed on the initial estimate. He communicated with me, and even contacted Enterprise to let them know I'd need the rental car a couple extra days for the extended work (the delay wasn't on the part of King of the Ding, but rather waiting on an insurance representative coming out to verify the extra work).\r

The work he did on my car (which I'd only had 6 weeks before getting hit with a few thousand dollars worth of hail damage) was fantastic. I can't tell it was ever damaged. One of the dents was missed in the initial repair, but Channon caught it before I left and I was able to watch the tech fix it in about 10-15 minutes. It was in an awkward spot, and I was impressed with the work he was able to do quickly and the techniques that he used.\r

I highly recommend bringing your car to King of the Ding for hail damage repair (or any dent removal) because the work done there is incredibly high quality.
