I've ordered from this place twice in a one week period.
The first time, the food was good but a bit cold, as their delivery driver rides a bike. But what was most upsetting was they forgot my drinks. And when you charge $1.50 a can of soda, forgetting a few drinks adds up. But the driver was nice, and I let it go and still tipped appropriately.
The second night I ordered, again, the food was good, but cold. And guess what, they forgot my drinks AGAIN! So this time I called the driver, and he was still downstairs. So he called his manager to inform them that they've forgotten my drinks.... Twice! And the manager REFUSED to refund my money, which at this point was over $10 in forgotten drinks! I was told by the driver.. " sorry... Next time you order they'll give you some free sodas" -- free sodas?!?! How about the bunch I paid for?!
THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME!
