I shopped all the Western suburbs for Lexus dealers before purchasing, and I chose McGrath of Westmont because of their professionalism, attention to detail, and a good deal didn't hurt things either. Customer service is very important to me (which is why i'm an Ex-BMW owner), and one of the other dealerships I visited made me feel like I was doing them a favor or in their way. Subsequently I now own a Lexus from McGrath. I recommend them highly!
