I was very disappointed in the quality of the tile and grout cleaning job that was done. After it all dried I did not see much of a change. I had to clean my wood floors after he left because of the water and hoses that were drug across the floor. Also, I had marks on my wall where the hose was stretched. I can do a better job with my portable steamer.
