My company was hired by Ashman Associates over a year ago and it has been a pleasure working with them. It's been very clear to me since the beginning that they care very much for their tenants. Communications have always been open and their attention to the details is impressive. I don't think there are many popular property management companies, but from what I've seen Ashman Associates are looking out for the best interest of their properties. It's impossible to please everyone when dealing with large communities. It is a difficult task and they do it well.
