Never rent from this company. They have been a complete headache for my roommates and I from the beginning. They will not respond to many maintenance requests. They will send you fines for trash that blows onto the property from the road. It is a complete scam to squeeze every penny they can from you. Also, donny will show up at your place unannounced to tour it to potential renters and then lie to you and tell you he called someone about it. Horrible staff and horrible management.
