We had a leaking torch down section of our flat roof that Chet's replaced with a PVC material according to their bid.\r
The installation failed as it let water under the material at the border and continued to leak in our home after we re-did the ceiling drywall. \r
Chet's Roofing would not replace their poor work. They were defensive and non-responsive when asked to honor their warranty.\r
We had to hire a lawyer to write letters to Chet's Roofing just to get them to respond. \r
After several letters Chet's responded and was compelled to hire an independent consultant who found the work to be faulty. Buyer Beware
