Your technician was excellent! He took pride and care in assuring our walls and floor were always protected. This was our second time we used Ductworks and I must say that we feel this technician was even more thorough that our initial service in 2004. Even back then we were very impressed. Looks like you folks hire only the best. As a matter of fact, I may call upon your compnay next year to inquire about a parttime position as I retire from my current employer after 36 years. I would love to work for a company that still believes in Customer Service...something we have lost here.
