I have not had a good experience with the Federal Way location. Your staff discusses things like detedtves wanting case files. Your staff is indifferent and sometimes rude over the phone. in other words I am always wrong and they are right. One of your staff actually walked into the room during my tooth extraction and said""Wow that's a lot of blood!"" My advice train your staff that a customer comes first. I will be looking for a new dentist for myself and family. Unfortunately your location has my x-rays.
