I just had my monthly clean for the house today and the team exceeded my expectations once again. I was in a rush when the team arrived and was initially a bit disappointed that it was a new team of folks I have never met before. While I took the extra few minutes to provide specific instructions and answer questions I needed to get out the door and left my bedroom in a bit of a disarray. But none of this fazed the team. I came home in the early afternoon to beautifully cleaned floors, bathrooms; sparkling kitchen; and pristine bedrooms. Today's clean was a testament to the company's commitment of satisfying the customer, regardless of who or which team is doing the cleaning. Great job and thank you!
