Everyone was really nice, Ashley was a great help. The fact that she is empowered and can use discretion in decision making had a real difference in keeping me as a long term customer. As a consumer it is important to feel that you are working with us, not again us. Dental procedures are expensive but it helps when the staff can empathize with the patients.
