If I could give this business a lower rating I would. It defines bad service. The worst. Horrible customer relations, never has work completed when promised, doesn't answer phone calls and doesn't do work as promised or warenteed. After ""fixing"" our transmision we took it to another shop and were informed our transmision needed to be rebuilt or replaced and that they would stand behind that diagnostic in court. To top it all off our stereo system was stolen the LAST time we were in.
