STAY AWAY! BEWARE!! This place is a JOKE! GAVE Andre Smith (High Tech Solutions) 1k upfront for Microsoft Surface Pro and they supplied me with bogus credit email from microsoft stating that the product is being shipped! I forwarded the email to Microsoft...Microsoft basically told me the email Andre Smith gave me was forged and not authentic. You can contact Steve or Rob both managers at the Microsoft store in Orlando Florida Mall! I also Contacted the Flagler Sheriffs Dept and filed a THEFT- FRAUDE report. They told me they get alot of complaints about this company and MR. Smith!!! So NEVER GIVE THIS MICKEY MOUSE STORE( Andre Smith) ANY MONEY UPFRONT FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICES...Hopefully by this I can help prevent another innocent person getting taking advantage of..
