After the first visit to clean the AC unit there was a leak that caused water damage in one door and the ceiling. They never addressed that damage.\r

After trying to fix the leak for the 2nd time they caused a short-circuit and they had to take the coil out to fix it, and they did, but they left the thermostat non-functional. They never fixed it, but even asked $400 to get us a new one. We said no thanks!\r

I paid over $900 for the cleaning of the system originally and they told me that they will come back a second time in the year for another cleaning. When they did, they said that the cleaning was not included, just the visual check up and draining.\r
