I have had 2 separate issues with this company and they DO NOT own up to their errors. Once I called to find out the staus on a package and they claimed it was already picked up? When I asked for proof ie signature they could produce nothing! Even though you always sign for your packages at pickup. When asked to be re-imbured for $20 item I was told too bad.\r

Ordered a shirt among many other things - shirt shipped on its own and received no email no nothing to announce arrival. Pkg shipped under both mine and hubby's 1st names with same last name and same email address. Pick up packages several times in next few months at TSB and no mention of package and zero emails! Then pick up packages to get a bill for $50 for disposal of $20 shirt? Talk to managers and explain we have been several times since - why was package not given to us then? Their excuse - they can't explain the internet???? why we didn't get emails and we should have been on it? When asked for re-reimbursement of $20 shirt pretty much told to go F-self.\r
Not only are their other places cheaper then TSB who are closer to the border and don't have the long line ups but they know how to treat their customers and are far more organized. STAY AWAY FROM TSB - NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES.\r
