This company is very unprofessional. I placed an order by phone. The sales representative was very rude when I asked her questions about one of the products listed online. I was told my order would arrive in one week since it was being shipped to NJ. I never received a sales confirmation, a receipt, or shipping info by email, phone or snail mail. My credit card was billed immediately though. I emailed three times and called once to find out the status, over 10 days. Finally by phone I was told it had already been shipped the week prior and there was no shipping info available. I finally received the order 5 days late, in a package with a postage date from the day I had called to complain. They out and out lied to me when they said it had been mailed. The shipping box did not come with a packing slip or any info from the company. I will never order from this company again.
