I just started the program a few months ago for weight loss. I want this to be my very last time of being overweight. The weight is starting to come off, and I have just really gotten the urge to start exercising and eating better. My attitude about life has changed tremendously. I attend all the weekly sessions and listen daily. My friends say I look happier and healthier already. The people at Positive Changes are very helpful and inspiring. I know this will work.
