This is a great company if you want cheap junk in your house. This company uses the least expensive materials and labor that money can buy. If this is what you want on your house, then you'll be getting what you pay for. Pray that you don't run into any issues because their customer service is non-existent. It's most likely worth paying a little more for a quality product and actual window company, than simply trying to find the cheapest crap in town. This is truly the bottom of the barrel in replacement windows - Do your self a favor and pay for a decent company that cares about quality and workmanship, and you will be much more likely to be happy in the end.
