This review is mostly for the customer service associates and management at Yellow Cab. The drivers are independent contractors and I have never had any issues with the drivers.\r

The customer service agents/management do not communicate with the drivers and do not know the laws the cab drivers have to follow due to them being independent contractors.\r
\r
Don't bother making a reservation as you will be misinformed.
