Incompetent. We called them to fix a hose/pipe that was gushing water. They replaced the hose and the connector. The problem was temporarily fixed, but the hose started dripping water again a few days later. They came back but charged us another $300 to replace a valve. Further work should have at least been massively discounted because they didn't fix it the first time!
