I hired this company to clean my townhouse, as I was moving out of town. The owner showed up at my townhouse and gave me an estimate. The next day, she showed up with a worker and demanded $25 more than the estimate before they would do any work. Then, the evening after they did the cleaning, I found that my Dirt Devil hand vacuum cleaner, 2 boxes of cleaning supplies that I had gotten ready to load in my car, and all of my refrigerator magnets were missing.
