I would rather pay higher rates than deal with this office ever again. Not only did it take forever for them to get back to me on my quote the ladies I spoke with were very rude! I could hardly understand becky, and asked to talk to someone else, when i was transferred the lady that I spoke with Kim was short with me and made me feel like an idiot when I tried to ask questions.
