She sum of the procedure agreed upon in the start ended up to be three times higher and they left me with no choice, either pay or you'll never see you dog again! Horrible experience!!! They have no regard for the animals whatsoever, it is clear that money is the game here. Do not go to this center unless you want to get ripped off and your animal mistreated and given wrong formula vaccines or medication that in the end caused more problems for my Sheltie then it had before going to this center. There's a total lack of compassion from their part. I don't understand why they became vets if they have no love for the animals.
