My essentially new 2012 Ford Escape (less than 7000 miles) would not start this past Friday. I called the dealership and expected arrangements to be made to fix the situation since the car was so new. I was told they were closed for the weekend and they could look at it Monday. They refused to provide me with a rental car, and left me without transportation the entire weekend. \r \r I am 6 months pregnant, and this was terribly inconvenient for me. I was never offered an apology for the defect, and when I presented them with a receipt for the car I had to rent, they again refused to make the situation right. \r \r I am, however, awarding 2 stars because the car was fixed on Monday in a timely manner. more
