I left a message over the weekend to have a small, but obvious & ugly, "snag" repaired in my Berber carpet. I was promptly contacted on Monday morning. By Tuesday morning the job was completed. The technician was on time, courteous, respectful, & completed the job professionally. It looks GREAT!Thanks so much for saving the day!
