I had the inspection on the furnace done and the tech came up with a list of items needing attention. He suggested I talk with a sales person instead of fixing anything since the cost would be about the same as replacement. I agreed and the sales person came out the next day. I told him upfront I wasn't going to buy that day and he spent an hour trying to get me to sign me up for their special they have on their website. In the end he refused to give an estimate since I wasn't going to purchase at that moment. Their website says they give free estimates but that was not my experience with them. And the worst part was if you didn't jump right then and there they would infer you weren't that smart.
