This company does not honor it's verbal commitments. I bought a groupon for spider vein removal and went in for my appointment in April 2011. I had just found out I was pregnant (would never have bought the groupon if I knew), and Dr. Chang was kind enough to tell me that he would honor the groupon after I had my baby and finished breast feeding. I really appreciated this because I know that they are under no obligation to honor the groupon past the expiration date. My problem with them is that today when I called, the (very rude) receptionist informed me that Dr. Chang is no longer doing spider vein treatments purchased through groupon. When I asked if she could ask Dr. Chang if he would do it (since the groupon I bought was for a DOCTOR to perform the treatment, not a nurse) she was extremely rude and just kept saying ""you're not understanding me. Dr. Chang doesn't do groupons anymore."" I do understand that they've changed their policy, and if I had bought a groupon for a nurse to perform the procedure, I wouldn't be complaining at all. But I would never have a nurse do something like this, and the groupon that I bought was for a doctor to do it. So after thinking that they were going to honor the groupon that I bought, this was a pretty disappointing experience. After reading reviews, I will DEFINITELY not be going here and letting a nurse do this. Very sorry that I wasted my money.
