Our salesman, Sean, was very knowledgeable and personable. They were right on the job when they said they would be. They got things done quickly and didn't draw the job out. They said it would be done by a certain time and it was.
The only thing that is a bit of an issue is that they had put tile around the perimeter of the steps, and they cut those tiles in fourths which we didn't think they were going to. You can't really notice unless you're standing right above though.
