My goal with Chiropractic Care was to get back to work at full capacity. After my car accident I experienced extreme lower back pain. I could not lift anything more than 20Ibs. While driving, the bumps in the road irritated my back and I drive up to 90 miles a day. I did not want to take pain medication because I could not function properly with the side effects. It was hard working with co-workers because back pain is an invisible condition. It was challenging to have them understand that I was limiting my work because I did not want to pay for it later with more pain. \r

Now, I am 95% better. I put in a full day's work. I move around more easily with less pain. I am motivated to get out of bed knowing that I am able to do my work with indepedence. Also, my wife noticed my mood improved. Pain had made me irritable. She is now happy because I am happy. In addition, I am more body conscious. I think twice and assess risk before I do any heaving lifting. I am more patient for safety sake. \r

For those that are considering Chiropractic care - If it's for the pain, chiropractic is better than the alternative. It treats the problem, not just the symptoms. It is great for overall health, not just back pain.
