I have the misfortune of living in a subdivision with HOA ran by entrust. This is the worst company ever. Very unprofessional and picks on some people and not enforce rules with others. If you are looking to buy a home beware of any subdivision with HOA ran by them. Don't buy homes in those places and make developers stay away from the HOA SCAM.
