Alex was on time, did a walk through with me and explained what he was going to do. He was very hardd working, neat & thorough. He even identified and pointed out to me where one of the ducts was never connected by the original HVAC contractor. The only room for improvement would be to be more careful tighenting the screws on the grills and registers so that they don't bend/warp.
