Service was excellent as always. Wish I did not have to use them so much for newly installed products. Ist. the door of the washer came with big scratch, washer also came with no Y connector for the hot and cold water, and the one sent did not fit because the male and female parts were incorrect. I had to but parts at Home Depot myself. The ignitor blew out, for the lasr service call.\r
