From my first consolation to the first official appointment and all the way through my weekly follow ups. I have been nothing short impressed. I felt welcomed immediately and was relaxed by the calm atmosphere as well as the caring staff. They are very accommodating and strive for not only my comfort at all times but are continually active cheerleaders in my success. \r

They answered all my questions (Not knowing anything about hypnosis prior to Positive Changes) and worked with me to acknowledge my goals in a productive and completely achievable way. They also helped me understand a deeper level as to why I was currently at the weight I was. \r

I have been going to my treatments for ongoing 3 months now and have already noticed multiple improvements in my day to day life. I feel healthier, knowing how to make the right decisions. I feel more relaxed and easy going. Taking 15-30 minutes everyday to relax and listen to my sessions has been very helpful and fulfilling. I am falling asleep faster and feeling more rested. Not to mention my cloths are fitting better! \r
