I called in last September to have my 42"" Samsung fixed. They came out, said it would be $200 and took the TV for 3 days. They brought it back and it still doing the same thing. since then they have taken the TV 3 times, once for three weeks in December. When they finally brought it back it was still not fixed. I call, leave messages which are never returned and when they do answer they hang up on me. I spent several hundred dollars and I still have a broken TV. I checked the addresses they list and according to Google maps one is a Lowes parking lot, one is a self stoage facility, one is a hospital, one is a corner with only a 7-11 and gas station. One address I could not find. These are not honest people. They say they guarantee their work. What a laugh. Do not do business with them. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.
