We had a very difficult retrofit. The work required removing a portion of the wood floor, removing 6" of concrete over about 500 square feet, pouring back the concrete at a different level and replacing the floor to blend in with the remaining flooring. The Advanced Flooring team excelled invevery way. One cannot see where the new and old floor start - the trim to new construction is perfect, making adjustments in the leight of the flooring (never level) - the finish is just what we wanted.
