Mike was always friendly and prompt when things needed repair. The place was in great shape when I moved in. When it came time to move, Mike did a pre-move out walk through and told me what I needed to repair. I did the repairs and wait for it.....got my whole deposit back!! This is the first time I haven't been screwed around by my landlord. I would rent from them again for sure.
